To keep things simple and affordable, I charge a fixed hourly rate so you always know how much it's going to cost you.

Within the first hour I will provide an estimate of how long the problem will take to fix, if it's not fixed already.

Residential customers - £25/hour onsite or £20/hour for remote support
Business customers - £30/hour onsite or £25/hour for remote support

For residential customers, if the problem cannot be resolved in the first couple of hours it is generally more cost effective to take the PC away and reinstall all of the software. This can be done at a fixed cost of £100 and includes backup and restoration of your data and reinstallation of any applicatons, provided that you have the necessary software on CD or DVD.

There are no call out charges if you are within the coverage area.
